Talk: Selenium, Cucumber & Node.js – The Magnificent Trio
It’s a well know fact that Cucumber goes well with vodka. Apparently, it also goes well with the testing! BDD and Gherkins has been around quite for a while, but Cucumber – a BDD Gherkins-driven testing framework – is getting more and more popular. What is Cucumber, why shall we consider using it, how it integrates with Selenium, what is the best testing framework and programming language to work with Cucumber? If you are in test automation field and Cucumber rings you the bell then this session is for you!

DAY 2, 28 March
15:00 - 16:45
Talk: Battle of the Giants: Cypress vs Selenium vs Puppeteer
End-to-end testing has never been hotter before. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Netflix and many more have came up with their own test automation projects. Many other companies are evaluating which framework and automation engine to choose. Up until recently, the choice was quite obvious: Selenium. But it’s not that obvious anymore. Cypress and Puppeteer have completely changed the end-to-end testing landscape and seem to know down Selenium. Selenium 4 tries to catch up. One which one shall you bet and gamble?!
In this talk/workshop, we are going to review and analyze the pros and cons of each one of them. This session is going to include live examples and tight head-to-head comparison. We are going to raise some tough questions and get some unexpected answers. So, is there going to be a clear winner? Join the talk/workshop and find it out!
